It isn't a tool, Toby and Mike are the only tools here. Noteholders are getting a 56% discount to whatever the share price is, they make their money no matter what. The higher the PPS, the fewer shares it takes but the 56% discount still guarantees the noteholders profits,
as long as "investors" still keep believing the BS that Toby and Mike put out and keep buying.
