I have to admit being totally frustrated with not knowing what in practical terms minority shareholders could do or might have done to make a difference? Ntephe is long overdue to be fired and brought before the courts but I really can't see how that might happen ? The system seems stacked against shareholders and with a puppet BOD they have little to no protection. The SEC is hardly going to have the time or inclination to go after a pink listed company with a market cap of $3 million !
