All that sounds like the close is essentially 'artificial' in nature, based upon some sort of formula, on the day to day basis. So to prevent a few from getting a fast trade of profit, maybe and maybe not, they establish a NAV in this manner for everyone. Seems the more obvious solution would be a ST fee.

Have you contacted them and asked them about it, how did you find out about this??
