I DO NOT THINK THE R/S IS HELPING TO GET RID OF THE CD HOLDER.HE WILL STILL BE THERE.THE REASON THEY ANNOUNCED THE R/S IS TO MAKE HIM PANIC AND SELL AT LOWS BEFORE THE R/S.WELL HE DID NOT BITE.=IMO THERE SHOULD NOT BE A R/S

Info given like that to one sharholder is not very likly to be true.
The theory makes sense of a scare tactic bluff maybe.I do not think the note holder continuing the lawsuit is that stupid.imo re TBEV
