I guess truth is in the eye of the beholder.
You come off as simply a gratitious Intel basher, and not as having any basis in anything meaningful, let alone reality. If a ten day (and mind you a week and a half ten days rather than a two week ten days) constitutes a "paper launch", then you must call everything AMD has ever done a paper launch.
All shipment dates are still well within July, and you specifically stated you did not not expect anything to ship in July...
This has been one of the strongest launches from either company in a very long time. It does look like woodcrest is selling like hotcakes as vendors are now waiting for additional units to arrive... but still shipping in July.
I suppose if you wait long enough you will find shipping dates in August:-)

Re: Please don't all rush to apologise for all the unwarranted abuse I received for daring to speak the truth ;-).

It was well deserved abuse. You proclaimed the Woodcrest launch a "Paper Launch", when it's clear you don't even know what one is. The availability of the CPU is just one component of the server you order from Dell or HP. They are already receiving parts, and have been ever since Monday (or earlier, for all you know). They are also gathering dozens of other parts and assembling these to fit the custom options of the customer (DDR2-667 FB-DIMMs come to mind, along with Woodcrest compatible heat sinks, etc). You are pointing to the ship date of the entire server (which includes assembly time), and like an idiot you are proclaiming that Intel is late in delivering the CPU. And you don't see the disconnect here?

For crying out loud, Mas. People have also "abused" you because you are carrying on endlessly about something that is essentially unimportant (a 10 day delta in shipments between a current high volume product and a product announced this week). People hate the way you are rude and condescending. They hate the fact that you are persistent beyond words, even when you're wrong. They hate the way you spam this board with posts that seem all too much like gratuitous Intel bashing, rather than the "truth" that you proclaim. And they hate the fact that you attack people, and then ask for an apology when you get it right back to you.

Don't you see how pathetic and loathed you are here? Are you somehow proud that you have accomplished such infamy by taking comfort in believing that you are "right", even when everyone else says you're not? It takes an extraordinarily nonsensical (and no doubt mentally unstable) person to justify such behavior.
