totally agree. The gut reaction on a RS announcement is to get the F7ck out ASAP! but we may have a blessing in disguise here folks.

This enabled me to increase my share count to 25% more .

Love the product and the potential. Initially i was really fired up but this may be great stuff here.

NOT less than a year... The last RS began with a PRE-14C filed on October 20, 2014 and ended with the actual RS occurring on December 5, 2014 when the 8-K was filed...

This RS PRE-14C was filed November 9, 2015... and it won't actually happen until after at least 20 days after the actual mailing of the information statement and the DEF-14C is filed... so if it actually happens, it likely won't be until the 4th week of December...

FINRA will probably have some help with their task this time.
I do not see it happening untill TBEV's overdue filing has happened annual report with an additional "Audited" finacial report as well. imo re TBEV

I know another "company" that did a 1 for 500 and 10 months later(same year)FINRA approved a 1 for 50,000.

FINRA will approve the RS but I do agree that TBEV will need to be current on SEC filings and state of Nevada filings.
