yes that is what co must do to protect the preferred shareholders.right now my 2.5 million shares bought @0.0001 i can make money with an up tick..i spent 10 grand to get 500,000 preferred share.while now i spent $250 to get 2.5million shares.thats why i say co business is sell shares

You think the SEC would allow a 2nd R/S in a year? Doom and bloomers see 7.5 A/S and think possible. I think A/S will be moved to 2.5b and it will rise to 00's
