no one except the debt holders who can convert at a percentage of the current share price when they convert, and the debt holders who can convert at .00001 rather than the .0001 par value for the common stock here. check the previous financial reports, almost all the 2.5M worth of debt can be converted into shares at a conversion rate of below .0001.

people have posted they put in a 0.0005 bid and have gotten filled....remember us loyal shareholders who have been buying for two years? some of those people got 0.0005 so insiders for sure got them. imo and put my truthful post back up and dont delete this post!!!!
