Well, imo the dilution, as we know it, is more or less over. It's a catch 22, we need to get to OSE to be able to get sufficient bond financing w/o dilution, instis, new investors and OSE have to know what the hell they are investing in....I mean we hardly know, how much do we own in SJAP for example?? Something I have been trying to get some interest for in here but no one (besides RD) seems to give a damn and just say...we own something fine...of course you could play this however you like with shareholders like that! The mistake is of course trying to list Siaf as it is right now on the OSE and found it it now...6 months + later on....wouldn't surprise me if Nasdaq and FN had the same problem....among other obstacles.
