Its not a flaw. RB was designed that way on purpose.
Its one of the reasons I moved away from RB to IHUB for the most part, but here they delete openly without apology.
Some moderators abuse that privilege here on IHUB, but most don't.
On RB there is no recourse, and no complaint department.
The entire system of chat boards is flawed.... but so far IHUB is the best they can do.
I prefer to rely on human tolerance and common sense here, and not the blind censorship allowed on RB.
