Its very unfortunate that they voted for an acquisition instead of a partnership/jv for AMD. They have some very good IP around the AMD field and others. Hope Pfizer steps up to the plate and keeps this here in the US
Does anyone think that multiple bidders may emerge? We have been trading at 8.40 all morning. A law firm is filing suit against OCAta for accepting a low ball offer?
