They have filled Notification of Late Filling everytime. I expect that before the 10Q could be as late as 19th/20th?

I would rather see the PPS go to .0001 then to see a R/S. I would rather see an AS increase than A R/S, if anything at all with the SS needs changed.

I believe we will see a favorable 10Q and a PPS increase. Have to be optimistic here. 10Q has to be filed by 11/19. We all will know soon what is happening at least financially with the company.
