I don't think anyone ever has suggested big money up front and most expect and anticipate a small upfront payment, it would make little sense for CVI because of the recent acquisition and the free cash situation for them, if they could provide a larger upfront payment, it would benefit CVI over larger ongoing royalties to EGPL, I don't feel CVI can make the larger upfront payment, that benifets EPGL shareholders longer term... EPGL stands to gain better leverage on the royalty compensation because of this. For long term shareholders this would be the best deal, as it presents the best opportunity in future ongoing revenues.

They say cash is king, and may be so, but if products are successful and I think they will be, a tiered licensing agreement with royalties will make much more money over the longer term by accepting a smaller upfront cash payment. Again a better deal for those going long $EPGL
