Phill, Isn't it a shame we can not see who actually collects which royalties on which technology. I would note that at least one of the major equipment mfg's claim a 30-40% share of patents in WCDMA. I totally agree with you on TD-CDMA... My stance is that I want to own a company that makes money from something besides royalties (i.e. an Actual product you can touch). I find it rather odd that QCOM is not presently making any base station chips for WCDMA, but I digress...
