Haha- why delete a post that correctly shows share price the day before the announcement? There was nothing out of line about it- you are saying its up 16%, which is probably true, but if that's true it dropped much more than 16%! No reason to delete that.
So did they issue new shares for this? I haven't looked at outstanding shares, but they diluted for this?
From what is easily visible, it looks like over a month later the market does not think this was a positive deal. Finance 101? It's kind of weird you'd reference that and then cite date ranges that fall outside the range of this deal!
