Either way in order to end dilution especially at this share price they would need to RS or raise the AS since there not much room left in OS to maintain dilution....since we are at .0002 the mm's will need to dump 10 million shares instead of if we were at .0010 blocks would only be 2 million....the depressed price due to Dave makes the share blocks a lot bigger since he has f'd the sh@t out of his shareholders
