Former Permit was Issued to Kapacke Mining, Inc.
NOT to Patrick M Pizzoferrato or Pizz.Inc per this Letter. Same for the Water Permit.
No word about PYHH, PIZZ.Inc. or Pat...

And maybe it's worth to contact the BLM local Office in Elko as this former Employee is suggesting here

So far PYHH has no mining rights at all, why don't you post a link or doc that clearly shows PYHH does have the Mining rights?
