No, it really wasn't, as has been explained at length countless times here and elsewhere.

But let's hope it avoids the same fate of all the other OTC penny stocks where this nonsense is *regurgitated*.

Almost without fail they end up in the trips, and often their "managements" are sued for fraud by the SEC.

I really can't imagine that anybody who rates CTIX would want it to be lumped in with such insalubrious companions.
