I do agree that they did probably the worst toxic in nasdaq history.
Probably no doubt about that,but i really think managment underastimated the warrants.
And i also agree on the fact that there salaries are way to high.
Its rare to see a fast growing company with a gem product in diagnostics turned into the hands of the forces of criminals.
Its my believe management has learned its lesson and after the C's we move to a brighter future.If i see any sign of a new toxic deal sombody should load it.
And yes there should be claims made,and yes cfo should be fired.
But GBSN could come out strong.
And i agree shareholders before october are screwed badly over and over,cfo bassicly sold the company for less then $500k.
Im already made a bad trade from $0.3 to $0.11 it was.
Bought back in but could be to soon we shall see.
But again investors that bought below $0.1 should be fine.
