Growth And Value

Not bad, so what are earnings expected to be?

10% net margin?

That would be .6 Million

.6 / 16.541 = $0.0363 per year

Current P.E. (based on these estimates) would be .60/.0363
= 16.5.

So, are we to assume VLXC is fairly valued now?

Of course, all of this assumes Matin is telling the truth.

Take the content of that release, add the content of another one issued less than 15 days ago ("Veltex Corporation (Pink Sheets: VLXC) today reported their financial results for the first quarter of 2006.Gross revenue: $14,620,319.00. Cost of revenue: $11,699,491.00. Gross profit: $2,920,828.00. Javeed Matin, CEO of Veltex Corporation stated: "We are on place to achieve our goal of $85 MM in revenue and more than $13 MM in profit for this year as we anticipate continued growth and stronger sales for the remaining three quarters of 2006."

and then try to reconciliate that with a capitalization of (16,541,309 shares X $0.60) $9,924,785 ???

That tells you of Matin credibility.

One has to wonder why he keeps issuing these useless NR's instead of resolving whatever it is that stops him from normalizing the company ... one way or the other ???

Unless, this is effectively all BS and there is nothing worth much out there.

If so then, why does Matin keep throwing away money, issuing releases which obviously do not attrack shareholders?
