WOW!!! PS should really like this post...your biggest problem is sometimes you say 'my opinion', but many times..in fact most times, you do not..you state things as FACT and speak on behalf of others....just like this post....LOL..I am sure PS is going to love this!!!!! Sheez, you BLATANTLY say the reasons PS did this or that was because of this or that, and state is as fact and state it as if you are speaking on behalf of PS!!! Funny, cause I havent seen PS say anything similar to what you have been saying for months....the only thing they have been telling me is to continue to send any info to them concerning anybody making false statements about PS or speaking on behalf of PS or stating that PS is saying or doing thyings they have not publicly disclosed they are doing.....

That is what Pink sheets was looking for.
Pink sheets is not a regulatory agency... They new PLNI was presenting possible false information and hiding the fact about the SEC.
Once PLNI acknowledged the Informal inquiry they were satisfied because now they know the invesment community is aware that the SEC is doing the proper job.
I do agree though they are two separate events and the Truth will be brought to the Table..
