FACT...and I have a hunch the SEC is inquiring for further info from Shearin...and that is precisely why we have not heard any outlandish acquisition news lately...there has been an obvious toning down in his PR rhetoric since we have raised the roof about Shearin potential scandal and sec inquiries...powers that be taking notice..stay tuned!
