Instatrader21- let me try to assist with GDSI-

Please again- I am not a basher. This is my field of expertise and I will do my best to explain what MIGHT have happened. For starters- There are three reasons - none more important than the other IMO,

Huxley did a great job explaining to you exactly what discount the guts got at time of note conversion. Please understand that unless you are converting more than 5% of the existing o/s - you are not required to use an 8k filing of such conversion. Instead- we will find this out on the next quarterly filed.

The other part of the answer was provided by another poster. He was correct when showing what just one large convertible from LG can do to a stock that used to be So thin. That's not saying the current sS is back- it just needs time to capitulate and for these shares to be fully absorbed by the market.

The final point and properly most pertinent and germaine to your question-- you assume that the "company" is diluting shares to the market and using your numbers or "logic" you come up with 200mil shares if they can max 1%. Here, in lies the problem- WHO IS BEHOLDEN TO THAT RULE? Are individual debtors beholden? What about multiple debtors or holders of convertibles. Ahhhh.. You can't assume it's the "company selling 1% of the o/s daily. Instead, its myriad debtors and insiders and perhaps, some company as expected. Therefore, based on the a mouth of shares sold over the past 2.5 months - and how the float turned back with accumulation chart still reflecting accumulation even though price was going down is a MAJOR indicator of when dilution from various sources pressed stepped on this. So add 3 (2 notes for sure and then comaony and redo the math)

I hope that helps, I still hold shares and they are obviously free riding. I will definitely grab more when I feel a true bottom is formed (even if it's higher pps). The merger is fantastic. The SPSA- not so much. Let's see how it all shakes out and hope everyone makes a friggin' fortune here.
