L O G I C...
Ok let's do some basic math on this picture you painted:
415M O/S today
112M O/S 8/4
302M new shares in 2.5 mos @.003 avg =$750k converted.
If what you just claimed is true we would have paid down $750k in convertables and raised the O/S by 302M shares in roughly 2.5 months.
Sounds great to me if it were possible, but I do not know if it is yet...I see all over the place how these convertibles can only be sold 1% of O/S in a day or 10% of O/S per tranche. I could be wrong here but if not it would be quite difficult to pull that off... The 1st 10 trading days could only have sold 10M shares MAX, next 10 trading days could only have done 11M MAX. That runs you to roughly 9/1 and still 130M O/S. Play that out again in Sept and you have roughly 155M O/S 10/1 and call it 200M MAX today.
200M would have added roughly 88M to the O/S at roughly a .003 avg along those 3 mos = $264K in converted notes as of today or simply 88M shares converted.
I do not claim to be the DD champion of this ticker so can anyone tell me what that number represents out of all notes eligible for conversion during that timespan? That answer may actually get us somewhere in our quest for real answers.
Anyone explain to me how I am wrong with FACTS please do so, cause a few people I respect on this board are using 400M+ for our O/S today and it just doesn't jive....
