Never said anything of the sort.

If I said anything subliminally, it was that the rate of dilution appears to be investor-friendly.

I have seen numerous stocks give nearly all (if not all, and more) of their gains back, after 4 days.

Holding 200% gains after 4 full days is, by all TA standards, quite notable.
