The transfer agent has been GAGGED since day one. They are not permitted to disclose share information to the public beyond whats already disclosed (and dated material) in the SEC filings

Also, management owns a flimsy, tiny bit of preferred that doesnt equate to a sizable position in the stock to require a disclosure filing with the SEC.
