Good chance the company lose their OTCQB status if this stays sub-penny.
Unless, of course, they do a reverse split.
It's possible the insiders are DUMPING here because they KNOW this Q is going to be AWFUL!
The game is really over for PXYN. With the health insurance companies putting an end to the price gouging of compound pain creams, sales and profits headed much lower! Sales and profits are already down over 30% from same period last year and that trend will continue.
Praxsyn very clearly warned about this in the last Q.
