The SEC has not furnished any specific reason for the informal inquiry.


The Company has also been notified by the SEC that it is in violation of section 13 of the Exchange Act by failing to file its quarterly and annual reports on a timely basis.


1. The First sentence says the SEC gave No reason?


2. The second sentence says the SEC gave a reason?


So how can we rely on anything that is posted on the Pink sheets web site?
