SEC WON'T TOUCH ERBB. Outrageous claims. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN. In other news, ERBB is doing just fine. ERBB will create more revenue streams and pursue further activity in the MJ Industry. ALL STOCKS RUN AND DROP. ERBB IS NO DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER 8000+ pink sheet companies. ERBB IS GOING PLACES AND HAS THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS supporting just that. Not that ANYONE knows, but will the SEC contact the complainants when the SEC determines ERBB HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG? Will the SEC blow it off altogether and no one will ever even know if the SEC even contacted ERBB? one might think ERBB would have already hit .0001 if it was going to. With all the debentures out there, I think big money wouldn't allow ERBB to hit .0001. This is the pinks after all.... nothing is for certain until it happens. The .11 run is certain and DID happen.
