You and I clearly have differing opinions, and that is fine.
The one thing I can actually say I agree on is where you say they are not forbidden from informing investors. You are probably right. But its in Baltia's best interests to not cause a problem with the FAA and throwing them under the bus. It's better to not say anything publicly about the FAA than anything at all.
There are a lot of bureaucratic hoops to jump though and Baltia doesn't want to cause a ruckus to risk their progress status.
Baltia releasing a statement on the FAA's delay will not increase the PPS. I beg you to not be naive.
