You aren't serious, are you? This is completely incorrect. This is also basic, readily available data, that is apparent from the most rudimentary due diligence. "Knowing what you own" is also a product of the learning and growth program.

Only if you are a glutton for punishment or a masochist.

After 9 years there has been nothing wonderful about it other than the 2010 AGM where I got to meet a bunch of great fellow shareholders.

Otherwise it's been one kick in the cajones after another.
