What part JohnnyDrama. It is a fact that companies are accountable to their stockholders, management is supposed to work on behalf of the shareholders.

Challenge #1. Right now, Baltia management is trying to get this airline certified. Obviously they want investors and their money to use for their operations. Those who give them money directly are the ones that believe in this company. Those are the investors that are actually funding this entire operation. Those are the ones that get mailed information regarding shareholder meetings. Those are the ones that have their own Investor Relations Agent they can discuss matters with on a first name basis. Do not misconstrue my words and claim I'm saying open market traders do not matter to them. Realistically, those are the ones that affect their market price and the PP price for their direct investors.

Clearly since we are an airline company, we need flying planes, so we need to know about the air carrier certification status.

I think it's obvious we need FAA certification. We didn't invest in a commpany that doesn't have flying planes.

Why didn't BLTA use the massive dilution of shares to purchase an already certified plane.

Challenge #2. This is such a big misconception. THE AIRLINE HAS TO BE CERTIFIED, NOT THE PLANE! You can't buy a "certified plane." Sheesh. Baltia has to prove to the FAA that they can function as an airline and the FAA safety standards. That is why they do the mini, and table top, etc.

And we're held up because of a door? or one inflatable slide when there are 16 slides? We're supposed to believe that?

One slide doesn't hold up certification when the FAA in Eastern Michigan recommended a Pass for the mini according to some on the board with connections.

Challenge #3. Eastern Michigan can recommend a pass. But the entire regulatory body has to give a pass and final approval. Also, if you happen to have read that the individual that owns the largest equity stake in the company even says its the FAA. The guy that meets with Igor and speaks with Igor regularly, even dines with him, says its the FAA. A reputable investor like him is worth listening to.
