Do you really think that Baltia needs to publicly out the FAA, the Federal Aviation Administration, the government regulatory agency that will literally be dictating Baltia's entire future and existence, as the reason for their delay?
Telling the public "Hey, everyone! The FAA is the reason why we can't progress any further just yet. Sorry, but we have done everything we can thus far. We have given all our materials to the FAA to look over and its almost been three months now. So, just wanted to let everyone know the FAA is controlling our future."
I do. Prevention of public fear. The FAA could have discovered something that will cause panic. So the FAA is nervous about how to release the information. I can only imagine the reason on the delay...they are scared s***less.
