I understand BK law very well. You still don't understand "Safe Harbor ". You the ceo and everyone that started the legal isolation could be dead before it is executed. The legal firm that would have been contracted to execute it will do what it says.
Also JPM is not stealing anything. I've heard you in the past say that JPM destroyed the books. Just to let you know, there are more than one set of books.
