Too Bad There Isn't a Side Market
I'd love to have a side market that took those kinds of bets sort of like an Insano OTC Derivatives market with "options" that took wagers based on whether stocks like ERBB will reverse split before ever getting back to .01 or that ERBB will be in trips before .01

It would make message board rants more interesting that's for sure.

Before last year's run up, in 2013 the high was .0193. But most of that year after that ERBB stayed in the .0012-14 range. It didn't even reach .0193 when Colorado opened and the whole sector ran. When the sector runs again its safe to say it will run to a penny again.
