A/S and O/S are 2 different things. Of course the SWRF o/s count got reduced and divided by 1,000, it was a r/s for god's sake. What they have authorized to print up was left untouched, with the exception of an increase in preferred shares

The Def14C filed on 8/12/2015 explains it elaborately
