Anyday! No one knows when the actual documents were signed so everyone is just throwing out days! Could be tomorrow, could be longer. Who knows for sure unless you work for the company or their attornies! It is suppose to be filed 4 business days after the documents become official because you can't file an 8K without signed documents! We are all waiting!
