No, the Authorized Share count was 5 billion pre-split. It remained the same post split. The o/s was maxed at 5 bil pre-split. It reduced to 5 million post split. Now there are only 4.95 billion remaining in the authorized share count for SWRF to dilute ;-) And they will! The company deficit is massive, beyond normal even for a scamming OTC piece of crap.
5 billion? That means the share count pre-split was 5 trillion... might want to look over the PRs again for content
