If anyone has yet to question the credibility of alanc, here might give you cause to change your opinion. Interesting wording he used in his post. Not really making any claims, yet willing to leave the impression of allowing you to read between the lines.......

I called Vince this morning in an attempt to clear up the confusion regarding audit dates. Moments ago he was kind enough to return my call and this is my understanding:
In a restructuring a 14C would be filed. That filing would included audited year end financials and reviewed quarterlies depending on when it was filed. The magic date is 134 days after either audited year end or reviewed quarterlies. The bottom line is that the year end audited and first quarter reviewed statements would be valid until August 12th. A filing after that date would have to include 2nd quarter reviewed financials. I also asked him how business was while I had him on the line and he said he would characterize it as "very stable". Go PCBM!!!

temeculite: He mentioned that a 14C is the filing normally used in a restructuring as it "tells the story". Go PCBM!!!

I just had the most wonderful conversation with Vince, he truly IS THE MAN. The only thing that I will reveal is he stated unequivicably that he NEVER said today, or any day, that he will be filing a 14C, and he said it several times over during our conversation.
He also said that he never told it to AlanC, and he further stated, that I must have misinterpreted Alans post, because he (Vince) read it on RB, and he told me that Alan did NOT state that he said that he will be filing a 14C.
