As much As Jerry and his scum crew would love to pretend it is, it isn't. The fact that Jerry thinks it IS a "world of its own" tells you all you need to know about that POS, and his equally worthless accomplices.
The Penny stock world is a world exactly like this one. It's a world where sleazebags like Jerry and his accomplices try to scam as much as they can as quickly as they can, and pretend words have no meaning. It's a world where those sleazebags issue endless lying PRs hoping the odds of the SEC landing on them are small enough it's worth the risk to do so.
It's a world where Jerry can hire scumbags to repeat his lies to try and lure people into buying his worthless stock, and then pretend the words used in those lies have different meanings.
There is no separate "Penny Stock World." That's just nonsensical. Jerry & his accomplices don't get to write their own rules, don't get to define what words mean.
The reality is very simple. Jerry lied. There's no way to hide that fact, no way to pretend there's some kind of "alternate" world where words have completely different meanings, where Jerry's lies, and the lies of his accomplices, are somehow truth.
