It should run up into the NDA. If they are going to raise cash it will probably happen around then.
I think they are looking to partner (or sell) and if that fails they will dilute to raise cash. that was exactly the point i made in my post to indiansfan!
I respectfully disagree with the "balls of steel" to hold. They have a sucessful Phase 3 in hand and the analyst ratings are great. i don't think you have held SGYP the same length of time as i have, but that does not diminish anything from the success of their phase 3 results. now as to potential suitors (i considered shire, valeant and endo to be the top contenders) i see glitches in all at the moment. this is biotech, so of course things can change on a moments notice.
