Phillip, you state in your letter the LTW is trade marked by Credit Suisse, yet there is no record of that trademark anywhere?

On Oct 28, 2015 the DOJ Appealed Judge Block's Final Order to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I don't know what the case number is for the Court of Appeals.

Can you try to find it for us please?
