OLD!!!! On 2014 they had 500m AS and they reduced it to 100. What makes you think they will increase the AS? I think they will increase the dividends. AS per my records they gave two times dividends last year for their shareholders. :)

stop trying to clutter this board with inaccurate info. they reduced the authorized twice since your "ammendment" to its current 100 mil commons authorized and 25 mil preferreds, as of 9/2/2014, which was their last ammendment until going current today with the same share structure as before. embr has 100 mil authorized.
