believe they still have to file the application which they still had not done as of 9/11 or 10/06 8k becuzz would/should have been referenced... SO even if the board suddenly decides to honor their "primary reason" for doing the r/s and they have somehow been able to meet all other requirements then application process takes time, and i wonder how long the pps will hold...
additionally, i "think" one of the requirements to uplist on Nasdaq for unprofitable companies like OPXS that did r/s in order to bypass being delisted from the OTCQB exchange is that they have to maintain $4. bid price for 90 days, which might be kinda hard without some REALLY BIG news, especially considering the new 52 week low and nothing else to support the uplist other than inflating pps via r/s...
