Thanks Dragon - there is no sec notification - yet- on the dividend - not good sign if the record date is real.
There is also a high likelihood when Avant sends out the dividend it will have a restricted legend and folks will be unable to sell it for awhile since the current cert for Arrayit has the same legend. I wonder if they have to file an s1 to remove it and how long it will take? questions questions
