MDMN will never complete an NI 43-101 report...ever.

That would require them to be a legitimate company with competent management willing to report accurate financials on time. It would also require them to be listed on a reputable exchange in Cananda subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian regulators. The odds of that happening anytime soon are slightly worse than the odds of the moon exploding (aside - read Neal Stephenson's novel Seven Eves for a fascinating look at life on and off planet earth when that happens. Hint, it doesn't include MDMN).

it is true... the Canadian's would definitely like seeing a NI 43-101 report completed on MDMN's Mountain...
And I do believe that report will be coming...
