$FI Frank's International Chairman Kearney adds President, CEO roles

Frank's International (NYSE:FI) appoints Michael Kearney as President and CEO, effective immediately, in addition to his ongoing role as Chairman.

Kearney has served on FI’s board since 2013 and has more than 25 years of upstream energy executive and board experience; he was named FI's Chairman in late 2015.

Kearney replaces Douglas Stephens, who has left the company to pursue other interests.
