IMO - This company is progressing each and every day now that the Adam's Family (the Sand Family) is no longer in control. This hostile takeover (IMO) was the best thing that could happen to FBEC and us (it's shareholders). The sand family are evil criminals.
FACT - Robert Sand had no real intentions and running a real business and/or producing real products.
FACT - Robert Sand hired his felony-convicted father (Scott Sand) (whom is barred from OTC industry) and slapped him with a six-figure "consulting contract". (What was he consulting on? What was he actually doing besides embezzling his puppet-son-CEO's corporate funds?)
FACT - Prior IHUB posts say that Scott does not own Yorkshire. Scott owns 40% of Yorkshire. Donna Murtaugh owns 60%.
FACT - Donna Murtaugh is Scott Sand's WIFE.
FACT - Donna Murtaugh is Robert Sand's STEPMOTHER.
FACT - Donna Murtaugh lives at 16639 Rocker Road, Rough and Ready, CA 95975.
FACT - 16639 Rocker Road is also where Scott Sand lives.
FACT - In prior FBEC Filings, Robert Sand lists 16639 Rocker Road as the CORPORATE ADDRESS for FBEC. (my my my how incestuous)
IMO - Beaufort Capital invested over $550,000 into the company to help grow a real company that can be a leader in its industry. Robert Sand and his criminal father and stepmom were trying to run the show behind closed doors. Adam and Jason came in like the knight in shining armor and did a hostile takeover for the betterment of the Company, and its shareholders.
IMO - Robert Sand, his criminal Daddy & Stepmom can take a walk. Beaufort and Spatafora rescued us shareholders and are going to take this company to echelon levels !
