Oh then let me correct my question: Does no business ever occur in TDEY or any other OTC (for that matter) after September 30th of every year? Do All OTC's close on 9/30 and reopen at the start of the new year?? ;-) I am asking this because you commented about Linduff allegedly working on the TDEY s/s during the 1st week of October with an intent to be crafty.

Year end financials for TDEY have 90 days to file
