Nope!!! Any October events would fall into Q4 which ends 12/31 and must be filed by 2/15/2016. With respect to TDEY or any other microcap for that matter, let me ask ... does no business ever happen in the first 60 days of a 90 day quarter?? ;-)

Pretty sneaky of Linduff to issue that PR in October. Knowing full well that IF any of those items listed come to fruition they actually don't have to be reported in any financials until latest end March
